The Centre initiated a dialogue on livelihood opportunities for Scheduled Caste women, particularly from the Puthirai Vannar community in Thiruthangal.
Participants included:

The meeting concluded by identifying key stakeholders and potential participants for the livelihood project. It was resolved to study their current work conditions, income, and expenditure patterns to design suitable small business startup models
Following the meeting, a field visit was made to the Tumbledry Franchise for practical insights.
