Civil Society Consultations Program for Zone Level

The Centre for Social Justice is an NGOs consultation program organized on January 23, 2024, at the Sri Bharani Hotel in Tirunelvely. 16 participants represented marginalized NGOs from the Tirunelvely zone. The program was attended by four districts (Tirunelveli, Thenkasi, Thoothukudi, and Kanniyakumari), and participants included directors of NGOs, researchers, and students. The total number of participants was sixteen. Chief Guest Address Ms. R. Revathi, Special Districts Revenue Officer, Civil Society Organization, inaugurated the meeting in Tirunelveli. A completely participatory approach was adopted at the meeting, where all participants interacted freely and voiced their opinions. The program was organized by the Centre for Social Justice and Equity (CSJE) Madras School of Social Work on January 23 at the Sree Bharani Hotel Tirunelveli.
